Order Processing

• All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

• Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

• During peak seasons, holidays, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping & Delivery

• Domestic Delivery: Estimated delivery within 3–7 business days.

• International Delivery: Estimated delivery within 7–21 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, customs procedures, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. Any free shipping offers will be automatically applied if your order qualifies.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where available). Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, The Health Healer is not responsible for delivery delays or additional shipping costs required to resend the package.

Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Orders

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery period, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected or actual delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

International Orders

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees charged by their country's customs authorities. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee.
